Beef Crumble Fiesta Nachos

Quick and crave-able! Put the Fiesta into Taco Tuesday with this 20 minute Nacho recipe!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350° F.

    Place Tablespoon of oil (optional) in a heated skillet, combine WORTHINGTON® Beef Crumbles and taco seasoning packet and follow it’s instructions. 

    Set aside when done.

  2. Step 2

    On a baking sheet, cover with parchment paper and layer tortilla chips to cover the baking sheet.

  3. Step 3

    Add the taco flavored WORTHINGTON® Beef Crumbles to cover the tortilla chips and sprinkle with desired amount of shredded cheese.

  4. Step 4

    Place in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  5. Step 5

    Remove from oven and add the toppings of tomatoes, olives, green onions, sour cream, cheddar sauce and cilantro.

    Fiesta is served!

PRO TIP: Queso recipe is very quick (less than 5 minutes) if you have presoaked raw cashews or blend the cashews in very hot water before adding additional ingredients.

 

SPICY: Add fresh hot salsa, hot sauce or diced fresh jalapeños for additional heat.

ADDITIONAL TOPPINGS: Add diced onions, guacamole, black beans, green olives, roasted corn, pickled jalapeños etc!
