Step 1
Thaw 12oz WORTHINGTON® TUNA Roll in the refrigerator overnight or in cold water.
Slice open roll and place entire contents in a mixing bowl - breaking up with a fork or gloved hands.

Step 2
Add vegan mayo, diced celery and onions, lemon juice, minced garlic and pickle relish to the TUNA and mix well.

Step 3
Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Mix again.

Step 4
Prepare a sliced Sub or Hoagie roll with leafy romaine lettuce, tomato slices, onion and vegan provolone cheese.
Place TUNA Salad on top, slice into 4 pieces and serve!
Note
- You can give your dish a more fishy flavor by adding a dash of old bay seasoning or by adding kelp flakes, dulce flakes, or crumbled up pieces of seaweed to taste!
- To really get the flavors to bloom or develop, place Tuna Salad mix in the refrigerator overnight and serve the next day.
